Overview
Note bright yellow, orange, and black plumes. Easily distinguished from Macaroni Penguin by whitish face, and from Chinstrap Penguin by crests.
Behavior
Breeds colonially on Macquarie Island and spends the non-breeding period foraging at sea, sometimes wandering far from the colony.
